Why Am I On This Site? I'm A REALTOR
midorimiller | 12 December, 2008 21:51When I got the invite in my email box..I truly was excited..as a Real Estate Trainer..I need to continually learn and sharpen my skills. I used to do mortgages "back in the day!" but prior to that I used to assist my loan officer to get the buyer to closing.
We worked together and very well! And I had expectations..and so did she...I expected her to be very honest...very fair...and extremely efficient..and she was that and much more. The point is we learned from one another and managed to keep each other in check..and one of my big goals next year is to help bridge the gap..between mortgage brokers and real estate professionals.
The Blame Game..I've Had Enough!
But REALTORS can't do it alone even if sometimes we think we can or act that way.....We need honest..fair and extremely efficient team members to compliment our services. To get transactions to closing. To get paid.
So why am I here? For starters..I need to continue to train...so I can pass the information on...so I can contribute...I like to learn from the people who hit the streets everyday....I love to exchange ideas on marketing, prospecting and objection handling.
To social network...but most of all we need to understand all of the changes that are going on in the ever changing mortgage industry. I think we can learn from one another..don't you?
I look forward to interracting with everyone!

Great to see a smart agent looking at different ways to network. If I get a deal in Florida, guess who I'm going to call.
